TermsAndConditionsPage class

Page that displays the legal terms and conditions within the profile screen

Unlike the CredentialTermsScreen, this page has an app bar that matches the rest of the pages within the profile screen. Additionally, if the user chooses to tap "Decline", an additional confirmation dialog is shown before the user is removed from the list of accepted T&C users.
