ParameterTile class

Displays a list tile with a parameter value.

The tile will be grayed out if the value is null.

If trend is provided, the tile will show a proper trailing icon and be tappable.

If tooltip is provided, the tile will be tappable and will show the given string as a tooltip message when tapped.
