CollapsibleSheet class
A bottom sheet that can be collapsed or expanded based on the isCollapsed parameter. The user can also drag on the sheet to expand or collapse it; the onIsCollapsedChanged callback will be notified accordingly.
The widget returned from the builder must contain a scrollable that uses the provided scroll controller.
Note that this widget will expand to the maximum allowable constraints.
