InterceptNavigationScope class

Registers callbacks to veto attempts to navigate to a different route or pop the existing route.

This widget can be used instead of PopScope to register callbacks which can intercept and attempt to veto not just a Navigator.maybePop call, but also a AppRouter.navigateTo call.
