AppEventsAppBarBuilder class

Displays an app bar for the events page. The app bar includes search and date filters that let the user easily find or filter events.

Any changes to the search text or date range filters will notify the onFilterTextChanged and onFilterDateRangeChanged callbacks, respectively.

This widget requires a builder because it rebuilds itself whenever the app bar's preferred size changes. Otherwise, any users of the app bar may not know that its height has changed.

The widget passed as child will be forwarded to builder, to minimize rebuilds. This follows the pattern of AnimatedBuilder and similar widgets.
