LogInOnAuthErrorScope class

Registers a callback that will ask the user to log-in again if an authentication error occured.

Unlike DialogOnAuthErrorScope, there will be no dialog presented to the user, as this was reported as confusing. Instead, they will be immediately asked to log-in again.
