NotifierWebView class
Webview that syncs its internal state with the given notifier.
Uses an InAppWebView under the hood to load the given initial url request. As the webview undergoes its usual lifecycle, the given notifier is notified so that the webview's data can be used for other widgets, such as WebViewAppBar.
It is recommended to use the WebViewNotifierHost to create the notifier. The host does additional work to sync the notifier with the theme and other relevant state of the app.
