WebViewNotifierHost class
Hosts a WebViewNotifier and synchonizes the state of the notifier with the surrounding theme and other relevant app state.
This widget also provides an opinionated default set of initial options for the webview.
It is recommended to use this widget instead of creating a WebViewNotifier manually. However, it is also possible to pass in an existing notifier if needed; in this case, this widget will simply perform the state synchonization on the given notifier.
